      It has a fortress culture and you need to be good at achieving targets to sustain

      Cons

      Due to high pressure, employees resort to unethical ways to generate revenue. I personally don't recommend anyone to trade with the organization.

      Pros

      ONLY do generate brokerage is the goal of the company , that is okay generate the brokerage becouse its revenue for omapy but making profite for the customer is to be the first goal of a invester company .
