The team is very easy to talk to. Everyone is allowed to be themselves personality wise and it doesn't feel robotic when interacting with your coworkers.

SUPER UNORGANIZED!!!! This company has no idea what they're doing. There are a million group chats on Skype, you get a million messages a day that may or may not pertain to you. No one really cares about the actual clients. Their goal is to lock as many clients into contracts as possible, with no actual clue how they'll manage to get the workload completed, so be prepared to drown in your workload if you're not in sales. No one seems to ever know what's going on with any of the clients despite the many unorganized project management tools. there are also a million apps you need to know how to use just to get through your typical workday. Also, a majority of your team is in India, so the huge time difference and the language barrier are pretty bad. If you're okay with working with a bunch of people who generally hate their clients and have no clue what's going on most days, Go for it. Oh, and upper management is VERY intrusive in your personal life. They track your locations without you knowing and take screenshots of your work screen every 2 minutes. They will absolutely use this against you and gaslight you by saying they were "worried about you & your safety." They only care about money honestly.
