Pros
The product has potential, and I genuinely believed in it, which is why I stayed as long as I did.
Cons
There is no real company culture- hard to grow unless you’re in the inner circle.
Leadership consistently prioritizes saving money over employee well-being. I was regularly booked on ultra-budget flights like Spirit and housed in budget motels like Super 8 during work travel.
When I gave my two weeks’ notice, I was immediately locked out of all systems within 10 minutes. I couldn’t even say goodbye to my team or transition my work.
You will not be paid for your two weeks if you give notice-they'll only pay out accrued PTO. They also withheld earned commissions, which felt unethical.
Morale is low, and over time it became clear that most employees feel undervalued and unheard.
