Pros
You can work on multiple projects during your employment here, which kinda feels like hanging jobs every now and then. Great work environment, lots of friendly people, social benefits, remote work, not a sweatshop
Cons
My compensation has shrunk about 33% in the last year due to inflation even after the pay raises. And our branch CEO brags about the pay raises being in the same range as the inflation. It feels like decisions affecting our lives are made behind closed doors and emissaries are sent to us so we can be informed about them. I dont think my voice is heard where it matters. Feels lonely if you are not actively working on a project, there is no clear guidance on how to utilize the resources of somebody not active.
