No a lot of pros. Small company run by husband and wife. strong product sourcing but still not enough features on the products.

No a lot of Cons. Small company so you end up playing or being asked to play multiple rolls with not power to make decisions. I had no issues with small companies but this one is all run as a store.

Small company, not too overly strict, quarterly bonus

Chinese oriented company, no work no pay, monthly paycheck even if hourly and not salary
