Pros

Adept is a company that allows Associates to grow. They are very focused on promotions from within and invest in their people to help them achieve their goals. Adept is very flexible and supportive. We work hard, but play hard as well! There are so many great resources such as mentorship programs, culture committees, and groups to join in and make the team close.

Cons

One of Adept's weaknesses is some lack of process - but this is also one of their biggest strengths, as the associates are involved and able to mold and shape the future of Adept.

Pros

I liked the opportunity to work with a big CPG as a Contractor, it allowed me to develop my skills as a packaging engineer as well as get to know a lot of different colleagues. The support from the Account manager is good and they want you to succeed not just for them but for yourself as well.

Cons

The contract renewals aren't discussed extensively and sometimes there is a lack of communication.

Really not much in terms of cons unless you don’t like working remotely
