Pros

Junior colleagues were lovely to work with

Cons

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I find it funny that Adelphi are posting fake reviews in order to increase their average score on here or the fact that the "great reviews! are only from seniors / directors in the company You only get to know the salary when they give you the contract to sign - £20,000 a year for someone with a Masters is frankly an insult especially when you have to work 70+ hours a week (weekend and evening work included). It was almost celebrated when people worked at the weekends rather than thought of as unacceptable (like other places I've worked). When I moved company my salary almost doubled and now I don't work past 37.5 hours a week. Also, senior staff would imply to the client that they did the work when in fact junior members of staff end up doing the vast majority of the project work whilst senior staff only present it to clients - when they are earning at least 5 times more than you this is a big demotivator. There is a big level of inequality in pay and workload between junior and more senior staff Please go work somewhere else this company will ruin your mental and physical health

Pros

PCO team is amazing. Very supportive and collaborative workplace across the board, including high-level directors and senior leads.

Cons

The leaders of the conjoined groups US and UK groups (made up of 4 companies) are horrible. Terrible financial transparency and inappropriate communication of significant news (including no annual bonuses). People selected for layoffs based exclusively on salary costs, and no advanced notice or indication of poor financial performance. Very poorly run, unable to achieve financial targets, and have made the company a miserable place to work with no job security despite people putting in significant time (decades) with the company. Opportunities for development have been diminished because people are strung so thin due to hiring restrictions for over a year. In the past year, all benefits have been reduced with no advanced notice, including annual bonuses, PTO, 401k, and holiday time. DEI-B banned by parent company (Omnicom) to appeal to Trump administration to approve of IPG merger.
