Where do I even start? This place is very poorly managed. The CMO had no idea what was going on. He has favourites, then tosses you to the side when you were no longer of use to him . Teams are restructured every 6 months. With job losses and restructuring to favour those with a 'face that fit'. As such, there is a serious lack of diversity. Not just racial/ cultural diversity but a serious lack of diverse personalities.This place is a factory for bland, oppressed people who succumb to the propaganda of the 'Adecco Leaders'. Sales people are king, so let's forget about all your other employees.
