      I was able to work from home.

      Cons

      I was fired for call avoidance without proof. One day while I was working, I was kicked out of my accounts, and was informed the next day that I was let go. I never avoided any calls and there was no way to really figure out when or what I did wrong. Everything was just so disconnected.

      The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
