Adecco hires good people so the office environment was a good one.
Cons
Adecco is an organization that uses talented staff to their fullest capability while treating everyone as expendable and replaceable. There is a core team in upper management and other than that all staff are seen as workhorses who must spend endless hours ensuring information is audit compliant and working to correct information in a mismanaged database while not having time to actually perform recruitment with any level of professionalism. Adecco frequently partners with companies that treat employees poorly and is complicit with the mistreatment of workers simply to achieve a profit. Many times I felt that I was being asked to compromise my principles in order to make the client happy and taking advantage of individuals who are in a position where they must work manual labour jobs with unreasonable expectations of both physical requirements and compliance wtih Employment Standards.
