Great place to start your career in the recruitment business. Strong sales focus and excellent training scheme. Team focused with ownership to shared goals and targets. You also learn a lot about business and get a great opportunity to build a nice customer portfolio for use in your next jobs.
Cons
Not a place to be if you want to make money through strong sales results. Bonuses are capped and the branch results has a direct impact on your pay checks, despite your own results. We had a sales team of 5 and I was pulling 50-65% of the total sales in my branch and never got a bonus. Annoyed me so I moved on. High turnover is an issue in Adecco, and could easily be dealt with if staff was encouraged via other incentives than the 25y.o. style jolly trips etc..
