      Pros

      If you like furniture with good contemporary Italian design, this is the place to work. The Addison team is great to work with.

      Cons

      One of the locations is not in an area were its seen to much. You can focus your work with the designers in a better and calm way.. The working schedule if you have family is not highly recommend.

      Pros

      Great benefits, family environment, quality products. Generally a good working environment. Customer is educated and usually polite and easy to work with if you are willing to do your work properly. It can be a lot of work but it's worth it.

      Cons

      Slightly disorganized. Not much opportunity or room for growth.
