Recruiter - Anonymous employee Addison Group Employee Review

I have been at a few other staffing firms.. This is the best situation I have been in. No company is perfect, and management understands that there are always improvements to be made (which in sales is hard to find). The culture is great -- do your job, get the results, and no one is watching over your every move. Management is very supportive and actually cares about you succeeding and that you are happy. I am not sure what the below comments are referring to... Maybe people who have never had another job?
