Leadership = Used car salesman - Business Development Manager Addison Group Employee Review

I respect a great deal of people there. However, upper levels of leadership in my experience is not genuine. For context I was a COVID-19 layoff. I was told my job was safe no matter what happened to the market after expressing real concern after witnessing revenue loesses. Less than two weeks after being assured by the PRESIDENT of the east coast I no longer had a job :)
