To preface, I have an extensive background of recruiting.
Left the position due to poor management and ineffective leadership. Expectations for the recruiters were unrealistic with little to no viable leads provided and pressure to close job orders that had been open for 100+ days.
If those expectations were not met, the branch manager would stop communicating and create an awkward and uncomfortable office environment.
FYI- VERY high turnover of others leaving for the same reason.
