Pros

There are absolutely no pros, unfortunately.

Cons

To preface, I have an extensive background of recruiting. Left the position due to poor management and ineffective leadership. Expectations for the recruiters were unrealistic with little to no viable leads provided and pressure to close job orders that had been open for 100+ days. If those expectations were not met, the branch manager would stop communicating and create an awkward and uncomfortable office environment. FYI- VERY high turnover of others leaving for the same reason.

Pros

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

Cons

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
