Pros

The patients don't notice how bad it is in here and they just keep on coming.

Cons

It's a very stressful working environment and it brings the entire atmosphere down. It feels like we all get sick at one point because of this. I feel bad for all the patients feeling the heaviness in here.

We are sorry you left us feeling this way, but respectfully disagree with your assessment. This is not the experience the majority of our employees have, as you will see from other reviews, employee surveys and feedback we receive from staff. We value our team greatly, celebrate their accomplishments, value them, and continually work to better serve our staff and clients. Our teams work very hard to make sure our clients receive the best services possible, and we encourage all our staff to use their time off and to practice good selfcare. We want all our staff to feel like they are part of a family, and again we value our staff, so again it is unfortunate you felt this way.

Pros

Training is very detailed, Office staff very helpful and supportive. Supervisors were great accessible and supportive.

Cons

Inconsistent hours, although they were upfront about this and most of it is out of the companies control.

Pros

Rewarding and fun to work with the kiddos. You can build great rapport with the families as well, and it’s enjoyable to see them. Requesting time off is pretty easy.

Cons

Poor compensation Poor communication by the office/supervisors (sometimes) No pay for family cancellations Some supervisors micromanage when they come to your sessions, which can be a pain when you’re trying to work with your kiddo and you have someone in your ear telling you what to say and do. Paid holidays for office associates, supervisors and case managers, but not for BI’s. Instead you can choose to work on a holiday and get paid extra, or take the day off with no pay. Seems unfair. Office does not deal with family issues in a timely manner or in a professional way. I’ve had some families come to me with issues that continuously happen over and over again. Scheduling is all over the place. They will move your schedule around however they want, with no warning and expect you to be okay with it.
