      -Flexible hours -Full remote company -Competitive pay -Federal holidays off -Owner is very transparent on the on goings of the company -Owner does listen to criticism and apply solution to issues

      Cons

      -One of the cons for a simulation company that deal mostly with military contracts. Is that its not always guaranteed to work onto the next phase of the project or another contracts. This happens rarely but it does happen.
