Pros

-good amount of PTO, mainly because they are headquartered in Europe

Cons

- low pay compared to the amount of money you are expected to pull in for the company - terrible culture. The other bad review comments about the CEO’s bad judgment and personality are true. - even worse retention, and they know it. People you worked closely with will suddenly be deactivated from Teams, and that’s how you’re made aware they’ve been laid off. -

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience and the concerns you've raised. Your input is invaluable as it helps us identify areas that need improvement. I am delighted to share our latest 2024 employee survey results. We are extremely proud of our team and culture, but w,e will, of course, always listen to any feedback. Our salaries against revenue targets are extremely competitive, and we run regular salary and competitor reports to ensure this is the case and that we stay as a leading employer in our field globally. At Adaptive, we are committed to fostering a supportive and transparent work environment. We regret that your experience did not reflect this commitment. Layoffs are always difficult, and we strive to handle them with the utmost sensitivity, loyalty and respect for our employees. We would like to believe, that those who are no longer part of the team will forever be ambassadors, and we are sorry this is not your experience. We acknowledge that communication regarding departures should be managed thoughtfully. Our priority is to respect the time and space those who will be departing request, and we believe in honouring their wishes. Still, I can imagine in this particular case, the suggestion of this reviewer is to prioritise the communication of them and not the individual. Unfortunately, it is always difficult to please everyone, but we’ll always be led by fairness and kindness when it comes to challenging situations like departures. On this point, we would like to say our finance officer is currently on maternity leave and hasn’t left the company. Your point about the perceived insincerity of some reviews is simply not true. Glassdoor also has strong regulations concerning this. However, we want to assure you that all feedback is taken seriously and is instrumental in guiding our efforts to enhance our workplace. There is only one other comment on our CEO / Snr Management out of all reviews, and that individual acted in fraudulent activity and never met our Senior Management team or CEO. Thank you again for your feedback; if you're open to it, we'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to reach out to us directly.
