      Want a raise? Yeah right. No one gets one because the big dogs want nice bonuses. Have an opinion? Expect no one to care. Do well at your job? Oh great, you can do your boss’s job while they get all the money. Have a family you have to cover benefits for? Say goodbye to your paycheck.

      Pros

      Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

      Cons

      Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
