Bad guys - Bad Man Adallom Employee Review

The Sales team is second to none, any question you have it will be answered. Commission wise they are better then most in regards to an Inside Sales position.

There is a lack of communication and visibility from the Executive team, obvious it's a start up so there are a lot of moving parts. It would just be nice to know what is happening while it is happening.

I have worked at plenty of companies over the years, few if any have the team chemistry that Adallom does. Employees help each other and are focused on results. The product demos leave customers impressed and speechless. The happy hours include fine wine and better beer.

Be ready for a fast-paced environment. If you are not a team player, this might not be the best place for you. Company is in a new market so breaking into IT departments is a challenge, but with huge upside.
