Pros
I worked at Adactog for 3 years. It’s a very employee-friendly organization with an excellent work environment, a well-maintained office, and supportive co-workers. One of the best aspects is the open-door policy, which allows easy access to the management team without any barriers. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and develop both personally and professionally.
Cons
After over 3 years of dedicated work as a full-time employee, my journey with this organization came to an unexpected end due to client decided not to renew the project contract. What made it more difficult was the handling of the situation: I was issued two offer letters. The first clearly mentioned a 3-month notice period, but during exit, I was only allowed to serve 20 days, as the HR cited the second offer with a 1-month notice. Despite repeated requests to be placed on another ongoing project within the company, there was no support or opportunity provided. My last working day was fixed suddenly, giving me little time to transition or plan ahead. I’m not here to blame any organization. I’ve had great experiences working with wonderful teams and managers—but I do believe transparency, empathy, and fair policy enforcement are critical, especially when careers and livelihoods are involved. This experience taught me a lot—about resilience, adaptability, and the importance of always staying prepared for uncertainty.
