There really are no positives. This is a sinking ship.
Cons
People are being asked left right and center to provide fake positive reviews on Glassdoor - in all team meetings, from HR, in personal development meetings with managers. So many of these reviews are clearly written by upper management. Do not believe them. Discrepancies in compensation are also OFF THE CHARTS with no transparency.
