Pros
Very professional company. The customer service team does excellent work. Good online reviews and tools to help the product sell. Good technicians who build fantastic websites. The company pays amazing attention to detail and offers an overall wonderful product. Free pizza and beer Fridays. Good pay if you can keep up sales-wise. Great coworkers.
Cons
No training. If you don't make enough sales, you're out. The leads are old and overused but management will never admit it; they'll just blame you. The robocall message is deceptive; it basically misleads people into thinking the call is coming from Google without actually saying they are Google, plus it pretends to offer a free service so people don't know it's a sales call. It's a good product but when people know they've been deceived, it starts off a bad business relationship. Not to mention the leads have already been called over and over again. My manager didn't any give good advice as to how to handle the situation except to play scenes from The Wolf of Wall Street on his computer. It sucks always having to worry about your job security as your manager will always constantly remind you. Too much emphasis on energy and motivation as opposed to getting better quality leads and a more honest message. The company is looking for sales sharks who know how to smooth-talk people in order to get over the poor quality of their leads and their deceptive message instead of letting a good product just sell itself. If you're not one of those Wolf of Wall Street types, you might as well not bother applying because the company does not want you.
