      None, though Bhavesh is a great guy.

      Cons

      Micro management, Dreamers but very bad judgment on their employment for management. Poor and no business planning, old staff. Dry and no excitement. Empty office and cheap labour. Low salary. No understanding of EBITDA. Very poor.
