Supportive founders and great remote culture, but lack in-person contact - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Acute Talent Employee Review

The founders are super involved with the team and always go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need to hit our goals. They even gave me my first raise after only 7 months without me even asking, it just feels like they really see you and care about you being happy working with them. We also work remotely, and my teammates are all over the US, Spain, Mexico, etc., which is awesome because I've been learning so much about other cultures. We even do mindful meditations remotely with the whole team before we start the day. It's just so great to have found a company that makes me feel recognized and happy to work there.
