HR are not there for the people, they are there to hide and brush under the rug bad managers who should be terminated.
There are a lot of awards that to the people on the ground, working hard every day, don't make sense 'best places to work' (barely anyone shows up to the office, and people struggle to talk to one another.
If you worked for Microsoft, you'll love the culture here.
Lots of people who have built really big tech, but cannot tell you how they did it...
