1. Strong favoritism towards Russians. 2. If you are planning to be in to company for long term with the view of climbing higher, good luck unless you are Russian. 3. During promotions, people who are not even half decent in their jobs are promoted just because they can speak Russian. And then you have to rot under them, adhering to stupid policies, work procedure, code review policy 3. The application is framework heavy and if you are more than 3 years with the company, you will feel disconnected from the outside world.
