Terrible senior management and leadership. CEO does not care about staff. Poor communication. Unable to make decisions clearly or stick to them without changing their minds. Hire staff with no clear direction or growth for them and expect them to work overtime and perform with zero management encouragement or support. Why do they have compulsory office days when the CEO, CFO and head of HR do not turn up to the office for all of the days they expect staff to be there - double standards.
