Senior management do not listen to anyone else in the company except for best selling consultants. Many inconsistencies in policies, 'one rule for some, one rule for others.' No sick pay. This is replaced by an income protection policy that no one knows about. Lack of honesty by senior staff leads to poor relationships with everyone in the company. Many people are self-serving, immature, and unprofessional. CEO is always absent and spends more time with other businesses, leaving the company in the hands of inadequate senior management.
