Pay starts out low. Bad employees take forever to be weeded out.

My Area Sale Manager and Branch Operations Managers are excellent. Benefits are decent. Vacation and Sick Leave are decent.

Winning formula the program you input sales in could be the worst system I have ever used. Customer support is in Omaha not local to the branch.
