      Pros

      You enjoy working with your peers. You love the mission. You enjoy helping but intake is losing focus of helping customers. It has become a race to answer each call and hurry up so you can answer the next. Oh you need to call a client back that client got to wait till you clear the Que regardless if you told the client you will call right back or not. We got other calls hold that client needs to wait,but wonder why we can't keep customers.

      Cons

      Management in intake sucks. She gossips to much to have boss status. you shouldn't be afraid to speak about a situation and worry about your peers knowing. Its some great leads that are over looked.

      Pros

      ActivStyle is a great place to either start our or take the next step in your career. Working for a small company allows all employees to have input and the opportunity to make a big difference. This opportunity can look like a challenge, but for those who are wanting to make a positive difference in peoples lives and strive to succeed this is a challenge worth accepting.

      Cons

      Those seeking to have a small role that is under-the-radar may not succeed in this company. Everyone is accountable for their job and plays and important role in the success of the company.

      I loved that I could work as much as I wanted.

      Cons

      Boring job and was hard for me to do the same thing over and over again.
