Good working environment and good people to work for

There were a lot of top-heavy paying people

-Flexible work hours -Overall friendly atmosphere -Leadership and management tries very hard

-Nonprofit work is extremely demanding; unwritten/unspoken expectations to not claim overtime but still go "above and beyond" in job performance and "servant leadership" -Leadership and management tries very hard but no improvements are ever made -Definite favoritism between departments--If you are a golden child, there is plenty of room for advancement -Individuals will be scapegoated for systematic failures -Lots of employee turnover with little institutional memory; constantly reinventing the wheel
