Pros
The other cleaning technicians were really nice and friendly; most of them worked really hard for their clients. Once you get the hang of it, the work is pretty easy.
Cons
Cleaning technicians do not get paid what they deserve. When I was working with Action Maids, minimum wage was $7.85 and base pay was $7.10 and technicians are only paid for their time spent in the client's house. There is some pay for drive time, but it does not exceed fifteen dollars, even though you might drive as far as an hour and a half away from the office multiple times in a week. My pay checks never exceeded $200. Management also has a reputation for belittling their staff.
