Pros
A lot of the pros and cons depend on your site. It's a very large agency with many locations. The culture at my site was generally good and I enjoyed my co-workers. Enjoyed working with clients. Good work-life balance.
Cons
It's ironic they're an anti-poverty agency, as the pay is terrible. Other benefits are average. Some people in management shouldn't be managers.
