Pros

None that I can name

Cons

Anti male environment I took a photo of a female manager at a company party, who then pitched a wild shrieking rage at me in front of the entire company, including HR and management. I was so flabbergasted that I was speechless. She was in my face yelling and screaming and jabbing her finger in my face, then suddenly turned on her heel and stormed off. Everyone in the company saw this. I filed a harassment complaint against her. My Actionet manager lied and said that I was the one yelling and screaming. Action at HR supported that lie. I was fired for filing a harassment complaint against the female manager. That is how Ashley Chen runs Actionet. This was not unusual behavior for this woman. About once per month when I was walking the halls of the client site come across her in a screaming match with a man, a different man every time. Actionet supported her in this. She kept a spreadsheet of all the men who had offended her and when they got enough demerits, she filed a complaint against them and often succeeded. Once I dropped a piece of paper off at her desk, warning her that a deadline for a soft release was coming up the next week. She chased me down the hall shrinking that I had thrown a piece of paper at her. Action supported this hostile man attitude. It is dangerous for a man to work there. The government client found a way to replace her and she fell off the contract. Apparently her company decided to offload her too. She formed her own company and was marketing herself as a cyber security expert. However, Actionet refused to protect their male employees from her. in my case, action that sided with her in her flagrant abuse.
