Pros
Some of the pros I see are not something I valued, however I can see that some people would like things such as that it was a playful place to work. I like a more professional environment where you can learn and grow, but if you like to have the experience of light fun while at work, this place will be good for you. I liked that there was enough resources so that the work load was never heavy or stressful, so the work-life balance was good.
Cons
The majority of employees were not valued there. I'd say there was an arrogance coming from the leadership, that anyone who was not an executive really didn't add much value and therefore was treated as such as a whole. (Not all leaders, as there were some good people there - but in general this tone existed). I didn't see this as a place where one could grow. Also, it was a high drama culture. Most of the leadership was conniving, trying to wiggle to the very top, and there was a lot of butt kissing going on. Also for a woman owned company, don't expect it to be more equal among sexes. It's simply not.
