Pros

The initial introduction interview with the recruiter and hiring manager was great. The benefits at Actable seem great and rewarding.

Cons

I will start by saying the first time I n my career I was ever completely ignored. After 2 interviews a hiring manager confirmed I would be moving onto a 3rd interview. I was then ignored by both the recruiter and hiring manager. While I understand if I’m no longer a candidate for a position, however if you state I will have another interview that is the expectation. As a professional you should never do such a thing. If a candidate were to not show up to a confirmed interview or stop communication after accepting a job offer that would be unacceptable, however it is equally unacceptable to completely disregard emails from a candidate you informed would continue in your interview process. This speaks volumes for an organizations reputation if this is how leaders and recruiters conduct themselves.

Pros

I am grateful that Actabl is focused on empowering the people who power hospitality; that mission permeates every aspect of the organization from our CEO down. We even have awards around this, and serving more than 150,000 hoteliers gives us a big opportunity to make an impact. On the marketing team, I love the chance to learn from customers and create content that spotlights them. There's a lot of autonomy here to do our best work and resources to make good things happen.

Cons

We are a growing company, which means there are always things to work through, but I am grateful for the customer-centric, employee-centric leadership we have and approach we take working through these.
