Pros
Feels like a family. A lot of the employees have been working here for a long time and are willing to help people that are newer to the company. Once you settle in you'll feel like you've been working here for half of your life. If you work hard and perform well you will be rewarded. Compensation and benefits are good.
Cons
The office feels a bit outdated / old school at times, but its not a big enough deal to stop a person from wanting to work here.
