AcquireX is truly one of the worst places to work. It would honestly be better to remain unemployed or apply to other companies than to be trapped in an organization like this. They lure employees with empty promises, yet offer no Provident Fund (PF) benefits, and the leave policies are inconsistent, seemingly applied differently to each employee. They will initially assure you of benefits like a Night Shift Allowance and transportation services, only to revoke these promises later, leaving employees feeling deceived. If you do happen to join, prepare yourself to be severely underpaid and over-exploited. The company’s operations are overseen by just three individuals, all of whom appear directionless and lack any clear understanding of the company's goals or mission. This lack of leadership leads to a complete absence of long-term vision, strategic planning, or any meaningful commitment to growth or improvement. After dedicating over a year here as a Shipping Manager, I can confidently say that this experience has been nothing but a waste of time and effort. The lack of support, direction, and basic integrity has made it clear that this company does not value its employees or aspire to achieve anything substantial.
