Pros
*There is job security as long as the Company holds contracts *You won't be bothered by management *Site Manager was fantastic *The actual material produced for the Audio Tours is beyond exceptional so I actually want to see the company succeed *I actually genuinely enjoyed working at a museum
Cons
*Virtually no connection with management above Site Manager, and said management regularly stepped on the site manager's toes by violating agreements he made with museums and other sites. *No upwards mobility unless site manager quits *No competition and all the work is with public institutions *US CEO in particular is a lazy, overly conceited. piece of work that showed up once just before laying us off and was inappropriately giddy to the point of public drunkenness. Would not listen to staff, or Site Manager despite his diplomacy.
