Pros

Friendly people, culture was great (for the most part), good benefits. Innovative product with a fulfilling mission.

Cons

Management issues and direction of the company is unclear. Communication is non-existent when big decisions are made that greatly affect the CS team. The company is still at the awkward stage where they want to be in-line with a bigger company and it's competitors (big banks), but they still have the difficult problems of a start-up.
