Flexibility only consider the pros

I do not recommend this company, especially for junior professionals. There is no clear mentorship, motivation, or investment in employees’ growth. The company offers no benefits or medical insurance, and salaries are often delayed by a month. Pay is not fair, and even after working for more than year, I did not receive the annual bonus I was promised—even after leaving the company. Unfortunately, there is no real learning curve or opportunities for personal development. If you’re looking to grow, learn, and be part of a supportive environment, this is not the right place.
