The company’s 2.9-star rating speaks for itself. Many of the positive reviews you see are either paid for or written under pressure from management. Despite being in business for 35 years, they have only around 20 consultants, which clearly reflects the kind of management in place.
The CEO constantly emphasizes high commissions, but in reality, there are no real benefits for employees. The unrealistic targets make it nearly impossible to earn those commissions, and as a result, many skilled consultants have already left the company.
If you're considering joining this company, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and speaking with former employees before making a decision.
