      Lots of experience and exposure to education policy at the state level.

      Cons

      Workplace culture is very serious, very little sense of community among staff. Seems to be littel opportunity for vertical growth.

      Excellent place to work. Great people to work with. People in charge genuinely care about you.

      I can't say there were any cons of working here. Achieve is a great model for other companies.

      1 - They promote from within 2 - Week off between Christmas and New Year's 3 - Decent benefits 4 - Discounted parking at the office

      Cons

      1 - Lots of small cliques 2 - Elitist 3 - Need to improve internal communications 4 - Have to constantly prove yourself
