Get 80 hours of WFH that you can schedule and WFH on Fridays
They try to hire newer developers
Cons
With being a small company you can get a lot of pressure to get projects done quickly
Good opportunities to experiment with stuff. The company is poorly organized so you have more freedom to try stuff out and learn different technologies if you can justify it for your given tasks, just don't expect any help from leadership.
Cons
Micromanagement. Felt like I was in a scene from 1984 every day. Upper management regularly chastised and even yelled at people out in the open for everyone to here.
I also feel like most of the postive ratings on here are from people that are in the inner circle or positions of leadership that either are just blind to the reality for the lower level employees or unfornutately it wouldn't surprise me if they were intentionally bumping up the ratings on here. When I was talking with recruiters looking to find another job it was common knowledge among them that Ace underpaid and did not have a healthy company culture.
