They provide free housing and a "free" H2S monitor and 2 sets of Jeans and FR shirts free of charge and also $150 boot voucher free of charge if you stay for 3 months otherwise it is deducted from your last check if you leave before 3 months.
Cons
This company is very corrupt. Supposedly you are not supposed to bring girlfriend or spouses to the mancamps due to safety and liability concerns in the employee handbook yet upper management bring their girlfriends and spouses to the mancamps. The employees at this company and Rig-up managers use company Fuel cards to fuel their own personal vehicles. This company has company trucks that lack first aid kits, they don't provide you with spare tire replacement tools. They obligate you to drive long distances even if you have low air pressure in your tires. They obligate you to drive with Trailers that are in Terrible conditions and that lack lights and hitching mechanisms in good conditions. They move on a act now ask questions later mentality. A couple guys have gotten hurt on the Job and they have denied to pay for their injuries. Avoid this company at all costs! These guys used to be Terra Oilfield Services and were being sued due to unpaid hours to employees, not paying drive time. And because they would steal fuel from major companies. Avoid Ace Fluid Solutions! This company is terrible and will not look after you. If you are not one of their favorites they will not look after you and fire you for an unreasonable cause. I was fired because I rode back home on my offdays with a former co-worker who had just quit that morning and was headed the same way as me. Very terrible company. Go work for Halliburton, or Purity Oilfield Services instead.
