      Pros

      I think the company takes care about training new employees. Colleagues are very nice, everyone helping each other. The company is flexible and there is a very good working environment. Very good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the salary is too low for Switzerland. I hope after the first year of work it will increase, if not, I can only see this job as temporary. I wish the company had career paths to show new employees what they can achieve in the company, for those who want to grow professionally.

      Continuis opportunities to improve technology, process, and support teams to make ground breaking products. Company is very flexible with remote or office locations and team is passionate about the technology and it's customers

      Used to be an amazing place to work when sales leadership knew the business If the territory had opportunities, there was decent money to be made

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke from the CEO to the GM Constant revolving door of leadership leads to nothing moving forward Dominated by Varian with no chance of catching up
