Pros
Great technology to improve patients' lives. Best in the business.
Cons
Senior management is more willing to hire external incompetent people that do not have a track record rather than from their own internal team. After two years of evidence, extreme low team morale, and deteriorating quality of work due to "new and improved processes" by the aforementioned incompetent person (who was also very discriminating), I finally left without another job lined up. Senior management does not care about the happiness/morale of people under them. If they did, they would've done something about it.
