Pros
Not many pros. They buy donuts every once in a while for the office? Other than that this company treats employees like dogs. I have seen great, competent, and driven employees quit or get fired because management is too busy playing favorites to acknowledge that they are running the company into the ground. It is honestly a soul sucking environment to work in.
Cons
Accurate can not grasp the concept of running a business fairly and progressively. HR is a joke, nothing is taken seriously. It is scary how some of the leads/management still have there jobs after countless HR violations. Expectations are not realistic for the pay. Horrible communication between management, which eventually trickles down to horrible communication between leads and hourly employees. There is no job security at all with Accurate, they will fire great employees without a second thought. If you are not 100% subservient then you will not last here.
