      Pros

      It's a company that wants to do good. They have decent communications for a privately held firm, including quarterly financial status meetings.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks leadership skills, experience, and the ability to effectively run a business. Micro-management. Work from home if you want to give up some of your pay and PTO. They use tools like IM to "monitor" if you are at your desk.

      Pros

      Lots of companies in and around our area were impacted with the hurricane. AccuData stepped up and really tried their very best to take care of us. If were were unable to work after the storm they did not even make me use my vacation time

      Cons

      More remote workers is good for many but sometimes it makes it harder to feel connected

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are great. The HR person really cares about the employees and advocates for everyone. The company does a ton of events for employees. The pay and benefits are great.

      Cons

      Workload was challenging to manage. There seems to be a division between the accounting team / upper management and the other departments creating a us vs them mentally.
